The egg mayo sando
Strong structure. Could use a little pizzazz.
Bread
- White bread, no crusts. Not my style, but some may dig it.
Filling
- Generously filled. Good structural integrity of the egg mayo, too.
Extras
- The lightly pickled cuke and butter sandwich was a lovely chaser.
Tasting notes
- Would’ve loved some more pizzazz. Maybe a little sprinkle of nori flakes?
